Has anyone had experience with or had the clutches on a sxs or sled balanced?
I recently read an article on this and apparently makers of clutches are not balancing clutches as accurate as they could be.
Where in Edmonton/ Alberta could anyone get this done?
I have heard the valley that you go down through the trees then cross a creek at the bottom is in rough shape. Someone should plan building a decent bridge.
I would like to be involved. It would require dragging trees or rails across and put on decking.
I am not sure who is actually closing the trails along the Sunpine haul road but I have noticed the signs and removed bridge structures that where in place. This is proof that our riding areas can and are being taken away from us.
Anyone interested in talent and crazy builds should look at this http://www.rzrforums.net/custom-rzr-buggies-builds/190609-custom-sxs-using-rzr-800-gsxr-600-a.html
From Alberta also.
Would it be possible to sepeate the header tubes and be able to turn them to the outside of the frame rails and gain ground clearance and lower engine in the frame?
I had a 650 cc Honda street bike engine that I was able to turn up over top of the engine and collected into 1 muffler.
With the logging that has taken place and Misty Valley, what is the best trail to get from the caboos west to Saunders and past to Nordegg?
From the caboose, If we can get down to the river, we should be able to ride along the river through Misty valley. By law, nobody owns the land 150' ? from...
The parachute in the picture was purchase from someone in Medicine Hat off of Kijiji for $80.00. I had to build the pole and attach anchor lines.
So far it has lasted 4 years. Hope to get the summer out of it. Already have a 35' radius rigged up that was purchased for a decent price off of Fe Bay.
I would say the main issue resulting in the new engines is the air filter. If it is not installed correctly and sealed off it allows dust into the engine.
Most people use a light coating of grease on the filter where is seals against the air box.
I sanitise my tanks the same way I sanitise my beer making equipment.
I use 1 ounce of bleach and 1 ounce of vinegar per 5 gals of water. Add the bleach and vinegar to water. NEVER mix them together.
