its nowhere near the same as BC. Alberta will be going up to about $1200 on a $500,000 home. BC has land transfer tax on top, so $500,000 home is closer to $8000 in taxes
We recently did an addition, basement, which is large open area, furnace room and bathroom. Main floor which is office, master bedroom, large ensuite. 900 sq ft per floor. medium to high end flooring, fixtures etc. cost us $120,000
i own a tss etec, mcx nytro, and boost it viper. No chance the etec is as fast as either yamaha. Etec is just too slow for me and I'd way rather ride either yamaha regardless of how tight the riding is. Everyone keeps saying you can't do this, can't do that with a 4 stroke turbo, but I'm rarely...
curious what tax breaks you think TFW's get. I've been through the hiring process and not sure what breaks they get. Cost me a lot of money to bring them over, best thing I ever did though for our business. Costs me more, but I have someone happy to work and that will actually do a decent job
Not sure how rolling a sled over leads to a blown motor if you're paying attention if any oil leaked. Unless it was running. Rolled nytro's many times, no shut off valve, no can. Lose a bit of oil occasionally.
