As lots of us patiently and impatiently wait for our new boost sleds to arrive it would help to ease the pain if some of the guys that have been lucky enough to have gotten their boost sled could give us some ride reports. Lets see some video of these sleds in action!!! Hopefully they are...
Got a buddy out in Revelstoke right now and his sled is throwing an EGT sensor code on his 2017 800 rmk. Keeps going into limp mode. The Polaris parts breakdown shows it being part number 4013133. My question is will the newer sensor part number 4016024 for the 2018 up to 2021 800's and 850's...
I personally have had nothing but bad experiences at Backus. I had a rear track shock break apart on a new sled on its first ride in Revy and they would not warranty the shock. This was on a Friday, they had a new shock in stock and they wanted me to pay for it. Gave me some weak ass line that...
If you can pull it off it should eliminate the snow and ice buildup on the sides of the tunnel. Not sure what affect it will have on cooling. Are there separate coolant connections for both?
The Silber turbos on the 850’s are running real good. Put 1500 miles on a 19 and have 1100 on a 20. 7 psi in Revy and 3 psi at 2000’ on the prairies. Same clutching and fuel mixture. A couple weeks ago put on 155 miles in in 1 day trail riding with the wife and some friends at 2000’ cruising...
The cut turnbuckle works very good. I usually remove the turnbuckle as soon as I have the pulleys started on the shafts. That way they slide in even easier than the video shows.
That‘a a pretty opinionated response from someone that has no Polaris turbo experience. Kind of like saying I’ve never been in or around an airplane but you should buy the 747 instead of the Cessna.
Sorry I’ve been up in northern sask for the last few days and had no cell service or internet. These tunes are Silber tunes and are reasonable priced. Your ecu can be flashed back to stock but no guarantee that BRP can’t tell it’s been flashed. If your really worried about warranty you could...
