You are fine at that afr. Even a little richer at WOT wouldn't hurt, my nytro pulls really hard at 11.5 at WOT. Cruising light load on the trail can be around 13-15. It will run fine richer at light load, just use more fuel. This is on a impulse nytro with boost-it fuel system.

check your fuses. Seen them blow on a couple nytros. you should be able to just let your nytro sit and idle and watch the fan kick in before the temp lite comes on. If it doesn't you have a fuse, relay, or wiring issue.
Actually the opposite is true. With a lighter bov spring you get a lot less lag. Just proved this on my impulse nytro. I just switched from the garrett 2860 to a 2871 and installed a lighter bov from boost-it. Response is way better now even with the bigger turbo. Under vacumn my bov will...
Don't forget guys if ur installing boost-it on a low boost kit make sure u upgrade your stock fuel pump and fuel reg. If u don't ur topend will be very erratic and all over.
