I am in the decision making process on the batteries. We recently picked up a used A class and one cell in one of the deep cycles has seemed to failed. I agree with the 6v idea, but my main concern is starting the gen. I'm not sure what the amp draw is on smaller starters. The generator is a...
My only problem is being unable to ride. Was out on first weekend of dec. in mcbride and first day my ski came to a stop on a rock. After endo-ing uphill, I limped her down and was able to ride a cat 2 days later. Carbide, ski, a arms and shock all on left side. S and e module, and last I heard...
got mine last night. Gonna give the handguards a fair trial. I like the fact that they are easily removable once off the trail. Went for a tear last night, feels good, even with our mediocre base with a couple inches of powder. Definitely needs some suspension tweaks, wheelies like crazy right now.
I was told it goes by fuel consumed as well, approx 2 tanks, so that would be 80 litres? That was last year anyways. And no there was no indication of break in being up, other than the sudden drop in oil consumption. I cant say anything about a noticeable power increase, being the wifes machine...
What made me raise an eyebrow here was that a 163XM is lighter than an 08 154XP. I was under the impression that the early XP was lighter. Not questioning your methods, i guess i recieved my data from owners of the early XP. I guess my only question is do any of these have the electric start...
Yeah they dont have a whole lotta extra room. I tried twisting arms into getting mine ready this weekend, they said they had a whole bunch getting picked up today. Mines at the bottom of the stack in the yard i think. Threw the t motion on the wifes machine, that will have to get me through...
Just got the call. It's in but won't be ready until next Wednesday. Was hoping to get seat time before mcbride on the 1st, but at least Ill have it for then.
Two truckloads at Riderz you say? This weeks? Or the ones from late last week? There is supposed to be a yellow 154 with my name on it. Been mostly blacks with a few oranges mixed in. I just had to be different and order yellow. Serves me right.
Ordered mine with a few accessories. LinQ gas can, LinQ medium bag?(the shorter one anyways), quick clickers, scratchers, yellow skidplate, and if they manage to source a supplier, Skinz handguards. To follow after some seat time is a can, and perhaps a clutch kit (if its no better than my wifes...
A truck was being unloaded friday at 4 in Edson, another truck due in sometime this week, mine supposedly included. Ideally, i get her for an easy ride around home before Mcbride on the 1st. Looks to be a lot of snow falling between now an then.
Any info on how the clutching has changed? I was a little disappointed in the wife's '12 146 sp worked until we put in the DJ kit. Perhaps I can get some info at the sled show tommorow, But I'm not one to hold my breath on getting that outta the sales guys. We will see I guess.
Almost. Already has my 154 XM snowchecked before i rode a 12 poo, loved it, felt very natural coming off my Rev chassis. Not a fan of the narrow boards, but i would probably get over that. Tried dealing with the local poo dealer and walked out with the mindset that i would never be back. They...
