No one is going to let you run a piece of equipment if your not on payroll or under contract, the liability insurance wouldnt cover you or the machine. If they do they got BALLS. small contractor that you know might let you piss around while hes watching........
You got do your packer time...

Just to explain, running a hoe in the city is not the place to start ,takes a very good operator with allot of patience. So many things can go wrong even in a back fill ie powerlines, unmarked water lines, and being able to pull a couple inches of dirt off at a time.
Just to clarify,
DRILL PRESS:
A tall upright machine useful for suddenly snatching flat metal bar stock out of your hands so that it smacks you in the chest and flings your beer across the room, denting the freshly-painted project which you had carefully set in the corner where nothing...
The ticket isnt worth the paper it is written on. The way is like allot of other trades, take a huge cut in pay and prove yourself. With a hoe you cant pull a grade so your loading trucks, with a dozer you wont be able to shape so its bulking out material, get on a packer and help the good hands...
\Yes in the Gainers strike everyone got fired!!!! Talks failed cause there was no mediator and noone was willing to go back to work. Haven't heard of a meat packing plant strike since!! I remember something about Maple Leaf buying the plant.
As you can see with the Air Canada strike, legislation is being put in place so that people can not cripple the country!! Strikes will soon be a thing of the past! Bill 22 for the teachers will be passed before the next negotiations. It is the only way that negotiations can happen, no more...
Like i posted earlier once the three days are up it should go back to negotiations like normal. As you can see on the CBC now the picket lines and fight is all about Bill 22 which was put in place so that the teachers have to go back to work. The strike in the 90's screwed up allot of kids cause...
Looks to me like the drivers are clocked off. Put a flat bar across and see how far the right one is twisted. Other than that release the track tension and check the drive shaft bearing in the chaincase.
Had a wacky issue like you explained happen in a JD loader, it was a wire loose under the fuse box that was live but not needed and it would randomly go around making homotrons. One of its random conections was the gauge cluster. Not saying thats your problem but the remote start is an easy...
Thats why i was asking and am still asking because the construction industry up here is under the impression that another strike like that, cant happen. People will be replaced.
