I see what you mean. I guess your gonna have to do like glengine said and drill new holes through the ext. and rails. Don't you love it when bolt on parts don't just bolt on.

I just extended the wiring and ran it through stainless conduit,(used in instrumentation) and some little rubber coated fasteners to hold it in place.

Can you get a pic of inside of the rail? I'm pretty sure the red marks I put have to line up so that your sliders go back on.

I would move the MM rail ext. up so that the red lines line up, then the yellow circles will be the drill holes. The green arrows would be the tensioner holes. Are you using factory idlers or billet?

I made a custom tail light and hide the wiring with conduit for a cleaner look. The windshield is just cut down. I just need one more piece of aluminum to cover this hole.

now you have me wondering if the jigs/templates were supposed to come off after drilling. Glengine can you clear this up?

I guess its called fall creek falls and I looked back the campout thread and found the coordinates. Thanks to Sumx54 for posting them. 52' 13.444 N 115' 34.007

Does any one have the coordinates for the little ram river falls that the Snow and Mud campout went to. I'm camping out on Rig street by Caroline and we were thinking of riding to there tomorrow but don't know the way from here.

The chain case cup comes pre-welded. Yeah I should clean the clutches, I still have work to do on it. I found out the 154 won't work with my drivers so I'll just put the 159 and extend the rails and tunnel.

I've noticed on some other idlers that snow sticks, thats why I was leaning towards billet with replacable rubber. I'll give this guy a call. Says he puts together packages. Thanks for the link
