The problem is that I broke the steering shaft/post.
My question is after looking at it, is do I have to pull the motor to remove and replace or is it possible to get it done without???
well here's the best pic i can get, for the life of me i cant find any other marks.
Underneath the arm all i can see is Mikuni, but no marks.
If I took the two bolts out and removed it without removing the cable maybe
I could get a better look if this is possible
.
OK so im now tryin to set the oil injector cable.
Right now the arm that the cable attahes to has a mark on it and it is lined up with the tit on the right side, is this adjusted correctly?????:confused::confused:
OK so I do most of my own mechanical work but sometimes time doesnt permit or I just am over my head. I would like to find a decent place to take the sleds around the Calgary or even Red Deer area.
Maybe its just me but places always pi$$ me off and I dont want to go back.

woooooohhooooooo i think i may have found the problem! after tearing things down i found a hose from the DPM to the carb was ot connected! When changing the throttle cable I must have knocked it off. I am still going to take the clutches in and get new springs but hopefully this was the issue!!!
The sled has 4500 miles but the motor ha only 600.
what is the best way to know if the cable running to the oil inject is set properly?
Should I just clean the raves with brake clean?
I will have to go buy a 9v battery but for now I will check hoses for cracks etc
So the story goes that last time out my sled would not have power when hitting hign rpm under strain.
I am trying a few things and have some questions.
1. First off prior to going out I had to change the throtle cable. With it being such a pain in the a$$ to do I dont think It also has an...
