Ended up pulling all connections apart under handle bar cover and filling with dialectic grease and now all is good again. must have been just enough corrosion to stock the connection
sled ran good, brought into garage to do service. disconnected battery to charge while i did chaincase flush. re connect battery and now nothing. no click, no blink, no nothing. no missed wires. i am at a loss. do the dess switches reset when battery disconnected?
Fuel is less then two weeks old.engine has 1000 k on it. Rebuilt last year, could be tight valves. Work is getting in the way of doing a good check over. Thanks for the input guys!

Out the over flow hose, only place I see remnants. Anyone else have a similar issue? Has done it twice now. Has not over heated, and have checked running temp. All clamps are good
Buddy has ripped some lugs off his camp extreme, no delamination yet but... Is there a product that can seal up the damaged areas? He does not want to replace track yet. Thanks
