Yeah the left side on mine wouldn't stay shut. Spun the white washer and its pretty tight but stays shut. Left the right side alone as it stays shut the way it was.

For those wondering about radios interfering with transceivers, Just went back through my notes on my phone and had wrote down this very thing at a free Avy evening course put on by search and rescue last winter

Clay911, Where did u get the heat shield tape? And the screen on the front grill, does the grill just pop out and the screen is pinched inbetween when u put it back in??
