I usually carry hand a foot warmers in my backpack. stepped in a creek helping a guy stuck in swan hills the other day and foot was soaked! stuffed a warmer in there and road the rest of the day warm.... wet but warm!
we had a great time up there today... couple good meadows but stayed in the cut lines mostly... had to use our hand saws a few times though. lol. buddy in our group hit a stump pretty hard to and wrecked his a arm mount and some plastics. a little in the field workshop and we rode for the rest...
they say with age comes wisdom.... creeping on 40 and am waiting for the wisdom. lol. but for real ya takes longer to heal, memory fails me at times (could be the whisky ;) ) and my kids know how to use my phone better than I do. but suck???.... no sir.
my dealer recommended to put frog skin on the entrance in the wheel well... haven't done it yet but will be. I also carry an extra air filter in the winter. I do lots of hwy driving and found all the blowing snow from passing semi trucks is a big culprit.
to be warm and dry is priceless.... if your cold and wet your miserable and want to go home. on my second year of motorfist rekon jacket and bibs... layer up and down accordingly... and you won't look back! I wear the motorfist valkery gloves as well. water, wind proof and thin so good feel on...
lol. gotta get creative in a small space. found some wall space that wasn't being used so i built a rack to hang the small boat motors. that one is an 85 enticer but there is and 80 srv beside it though. lol.
