[Ouote]Well, they are if you are a smaller guy but I am not and bent the Better boards where you stand and the outer extrusions are bent pretty good. The aftermarket tunnels have a much larger outer extrusion on them that are not prone to bending

Putting on a Blue CR tunnel on this summer. Got it from Whitecourt Yamaha couple days ago. They have a Polished CR 162 tunnel laying around for a really good price. I went with CR because they are CANADIAN, and fairly close. VA make a nice tunnel if you like the looks of it. Pure Addication...
I dont have a razr but I do have one on my Rhino, seems to work excellent and yes it did come with a remote. As for mounting couldnt tell ya. The winch seem to handle moisture fine as mine is under water all the time.
Dynatek CDI, power commander, Dynatek coil pack, machined clutch, with 27 mudzillas/itp rims I can go 80 kms/hr stock tires just about 90. I will let you know how a custom header works with a modified stock exhaust.

I too put on a Mountain Mod headlight delete. Fit is awsome but in the really light fluffy snow it does allow some to come through. Looks killer though.
21 lbs lost, new rear suspension, new tunnel, floats all around, front end geometry changed, 162 track with stiffer lugs. The changes are excellent, it is exactly what everyone was looking for short of boost. The 16000 price tag is the issue. But who pays full retail anyways and there will...
I am running a 45 degree helix. Not the most aggressive setup but I really like the way it pulls and does not seem to hunt around compared to say a 47 or 51 degree with a really stiff spring. When you get on it it hits 8900 and holds 8900.
Stock 8DN is bulletproof if you clutching is right. Got 2500 miles at 14 psi boost on the original belt and still in great shape. I would be looking at your clutching if you have blown a belt already.
