Had a marathon on my work truck a few years ago. Had that deck for 4 years and it always had something on it. Never had any issues at all with it. Also have an STF deck that is actually for sale. It is a quality deck and have never had any issues. The only reason for selling is that it is an 8ft...
So I picked this sled up a few years ago from a buddy that works for me from time to time. It was originally purchased by his uncle back in 67. It's been sitting in a barn in Saskatchewan for the last 15 years. The motor pulls over, so it's not seized and the track rolls as well. One of the...
Just wanted to say thanks to mfguy. I've been looking at all kinds of boots over the last couple of weeks and was actually partial to getting a pair of Klim's for this season. I decked my wife out with Klim gear a few years ago and she loves how warm and dry it keeps her. But after reading the...
Are you guys going to be at the sled show in Edmonton this year? If not, who's a good distributor in Calgary or Lethbridge. I was actually planning on purchasing some new Klim boots and a jacket next week, but after reading the reviews on S&M, I'm going to wait and have a look at your products...
I used to have the same problem. Not over night though, it would take about a week. Changed all of the quick connect fittings that came with the air bags to compression fittings. No leakage at all now.
I was just wondering if anybody took their dogs with them in their side x side. We bought an Arctic Cat Prowler this year and we have 2 small terriers that we want to take with us on rides. I don't want to just let them ride in the box. I have a 36" x 23" kennel that I am thinking about mounting...
I'm on a project in Northern BC and about 85% of the people on site are from the USA. That's tradesmen as well as management. Our attrition rate is about 350%, so if we didn't bring guys up from the gulf coast, this project would never get done. But like anywhere else, we get some good quality...
I spent a year working in Kenora a few years ago and did tons of fishing around there. Got to be good friends with some locals and they would take me all over that area. Fished lots on Lake of the Woods and did a few fly in trips up past Red Lake. I know that's not the North, but fishing...
Did this on 2005. Had the toolbox made and mounted it in front of the deck. The deck was a 7ft Marathon and I put 6" risers under the deck to get the ramp holder above everything. Worked nice.
So I posted my used STF deck on Kijiji today and I get some guy that replied to it right away. We go back and forth by e-mail a few times. I sent him some more pictures of the deck and answered a couple of questions. He agrees to buy it at the asking price. Wasn't too concerned at this point, as...
Here's a few pictures of how I mounted my stereo. Used 2 outdoor patio speakers. Mounted 1 on the door, so if you want some music outside you just have to have the door open and it faces outside. Made an aluminum box for the stereo and the DVD player. The box can spin 90 degrees, so if you're...
Be careful if you order a canopy from Arrow. I ordered one 3 years ago. I wanted one that was made in Canada, basically just to support our local economy. When it got to the dealership to pick it up, it was actually a Century canopy. Still an awesome canopy with everything on it that I had...
This is how I used to have my work truck. I know it's a long box and I was able to go with a tool box in front of the deck, but I also had a rolling cargo bed and it worked awesome. Had to have my deck on 6" riser legs though and just filled the sides in with aluminum checkerplate to help keep...
I've got an Eskabe in my trailer. Works great, no fans either. No problems with having the sleds nice and dry in the morning. Here's a few pics. I built a vent cover for mine for when I'm traveling down the road.
I've got one, but I've got the back up sensor's on my Sierra and it tends to screw up the signal. When it works and you can actually make out what's on the screen, I love it.
Thanks, It's pretty sweet, but there are some trailers out there that are way sweeter than mine. This one's actually gonna be up for sale pretty quick. Time to build another one.
