it's very easy to tear that actuator apart and look at it yourself, just have to use 2 little screw drivers when putting it back together for the electrical brushes.

Had the same issue with mine. Probably need a new actuator. The spiral gear in the actuator is most likely warped or hanging up.

I got mine re flashed for 200,220,240 and 260. Go any higher and you need to put head studs in. You can get re flashed for up to 310 plus I believe. Pretty sure 280 is the limit on the stock turbo. I ran it on 260 last weekend on premium 94 octane, det light didn't flash once. I sent my ecu to...
Bite the bullet and get the re flash, I did the 4 stage re flash and works way better then it ever did with the boondocker box.

Figured out the problem, found one of the output hoses from the solenoid to the raves had pipped off the solenoid. Runs way better with that hooked up haha.
Bellows are good. Pulled the line of that operates them and they were easy to move, put the line on and they were stiffer.

Put new plugs in, raves look and feel very smooth to lift, pulled reeds and not cracks or lifting but a little gummed up, pulled primary apart and cleaned it up, everything looked good, will be trying it next weekend. Thanks for the input guys.
