Mine had a pinion bearing go at 50k km. It felt normal untill 70km then shook like mad untill you slowed to 10k or accelerated to 90.
Mine was running a tune so that may have contributed, but I believe it only accelerated an existing issue.
Yes 2", and I can't remember the other, 1-1/2 or 1-1/4. They aren't snug, but when they're not extended the wood keeps everything snug, and when they're extended the weight of the rail and wood alone keeps them from moving much, then when a sled is loaded obviously nothing moves.
I believe...
I'm just glad we're not watching Tim - the boring maneiac Silvia.
I take Lesnar in the 3rd.
Lightweights are fast and lots of times seems like they're unpredictable. I used to hate on them but really I'd say better than half the time the lighter guys put on the better show.
I think they look great, and for 99% of users they wont cause a problem with the box. Having said that I can't afford $4k+ options for one.
Put a strap on top of the rails at the back of the box with the gate open and see how much pressure you need to apply to pull the rails in so the gate is...
I'll get my brother to take a measurement or 2. The horizontal arm is telescoping, we weren't sure what would be the best length. New plan is to mount the winch right up on the top so the cable only has to make 1 bend. That will also make it easy to pull the whole crane and lay it over when...
Well I say if he's not going to keep it untill the warranty runs out anyways, who cares if it has issues?
For my money I'd rather get a 2 yr old rig and put a few dollars into mods to get a truck that looks unique and will put that Aston Martin in it's place too.... Haha that's just me. I like...
I bought a truck with the B&W turnover in it. I cant speak for towing with it cause I never have, but you can also get the B&W companion 5er hitch that attaches to it so if you want to pull a 5er in the future you can, and still have 100% of your box available when you need it.
Good luck.
Not sure if this is a repost because I dont have a quad and don't spend any time in this section but I thought it would be a cool event for those who do, or for anyone to watch!

I just put Bilstein 5100's on my Dmax, what a difference it's made!!! Tightened up the whole feel of the truck.
FWIW the prices in that link are pretty close to what I paid out of the states.
GM will deny coverage and YOU will have to prove that your mods didnt cause the problem. Nobody wins when lawyers are involved ( except the lawyers)
I think the best bet is just finding a good dealer if you have any issues, and be realistic about your own part in causing any problems.
That's what I'd reccomend as well, I had a DSP5 switch installed with 5 custom switch on the fly tunes for $500, from this guy
He's in Sherwood park.
If you want a plug and play tuner I'd call xsyourrides, he's a vendor on here with a lot of happy customers. Stick to under 100hp tunes and...
That's what I've been putting in my Duramax here and there. Feels like it's a little smoother and quieter. I thought I picked up a little mileage but I have been playing with setup too so who knows.
I add 1 liter / 200l tank. Pretty lean.
I did read about guys adding a little bit in their gas...
Does anyone have any numbers on tongue weight restriction with one of those drawbar extensions on there? I thought I saw once that every 6" past the factory location and your capacity goes down 20%. so with an 18" bar you should just about leave it at home.
