Final assembly, the tension is much less with the extra tooth on the gear and honestly it barely fits, this chain will stretch some too but nothing like the other chain. I will report my findings after our ride next weekend, see you in the hills.

Here is where people have problems, you cannot put a hyvo gear in the stock chain, it looks like it will work but if you examine it closely it doesn’t fit properly and within a few hundred kms you will have a failure, the pics may not show it well.

I have put 60 k on the drivers so far and there is 0 vibration, they are awesome, as for the seat I will have to check what sled it is off, possibly a renegade? once you have a seat like this you won't go back!!

Big shoutout to Benny with Altitude Powersports, he is a great friend and loves to encourage me, we will be working on a complete clutch kit for these sleds as they are quite poor from the factory, we got 6 mph more outta my 21, hoping for more outta this one!
