It can be done, but you have to stand on the tip toes, reach over and down to get the crank. Since it only takes 30 seconds to remove the screen, I usually take the one side off, so it's not an issue.
The post that holds the screen up, bolts onto the main beam of the trailer. So depending on the...
I have a 18' Searay with a Shorelander trailer. Installed a "Bow Buddy" screen system on it. Here's a link for them, made in Kamloops.
You should be able to find a local dealer that stocks them. I believe it was around $500.
Looks a little goofy online, but it's made quite well, and fit's my...
I'd still be riding, but sold the 03 RMK, so now here I sit with nothing to do. Well I did snowcheck a new Pro.
No fancy Mastercraft for me, but my Searay 175 is sitting in the garage waiting to go out to the lake. We're due for a nice summer.
As for the show itself, I thought it was great. I was NOT looking for clothing. I wanted to look at the different brands side by side. Of course ride time would have been even better, but at least I could compare fit/finish, how they're built, how they feel, etc. etc. Got some good info from the...

I do it all the time. Leave the mtn setup in there, and watch the revs. In my case it over revs 200 rpm. So I just pay attention to the tach, and besides we usually take it easy foolin around in the bush trails.
looks like I need some engine work on my '03 700. I'm guessing the PTO crank bearing gave out. I haven't opened the case yet, but removed the top end. The crank looks like it seperated at the connecting rod journal. Is that one spot where the crank is pressed together?
Can turn clutch 1/4"...
tough to explain really without seeing them. A few spots were already getting thin, wearing through. The leather in the palm was sort of peeling apart. One small spot looked like peeling the skin off an orange.
Plus these were used strictly while riding. When unloading the sled, I always wear a...
I wish I could give them a Kudo's but after my run around, who knows if I'll ever purchase another one of their products.
I brought a pair of Towotee gloves (only used 3 times) to the Edm Snow show a few months back. The DCI sales rep looked at them, yup there's something wrong with them.
He...
letting it hang there doesn't sound like a good idea.
Remove it completely from the machine.
Drill out the rivets that hold the little plastic bushings.
Loosen one trailing arm to get it out of the way.
Now wiggle and jiggle the bar out. At the right angle, it will slide right out.
Reinstall the...
this is sort of strange, going to the mountains and the elevation is lower than central alberta.
I see the townsite of Revy is only at 1600ft. Do you start riding at that elevation or are the parking lots and starting points higher than that? I see via the internet that most of the riding is in...
Wells Cargo Sled Trailer (2002) - Strathcona County Snowmobiles Parts, Trailers, Accessories For Sale - Kijiji Strathcona County Canada.
Might just be a coincidence but, there's a new add from today. I guess it don't hurt to check.
Princess Auto does have them and the regular parice is comparible with everyone else. But if you wait for a sale, the prices are really good.
A couple months ago I picked up the Rear clamp for $89. I don't remember the fronts (cause I have them already) but they were for sure under $150.
nothing wrong with the 39mm keihins, you just need to know how to tune them.
Besides all the normal things with any sled, on these Poo big blocks, i would check the water pump belt, which also runs the oil pump.
You need to remove the housing where the pull rope goes into, about six bolts.
I also use Drayden Edmonton Insurance Broker | Car, Life, Home Insurance - Drayden Insurance Ltd. it's app $60 a year without collision.
Started with them years ago, because they catered to toys. Ask about their club discount. Still one of the few companies that will do a stand alone policy...
