Most likely moving it has nothing to do with it restarting. As the coil heats up it expands and pulls apart at the break then as it cools the wire goes back together and restarts. This can happen very quickly or not depends on the break. It could also be the ignition coil that has issues.
Try central sled in Wetaskiwin talk to Jerry. He may still have some of the old secondary's the big fin replaced at least you could see if it would fit.
The other thing would be to call BDX Extreme and see if they have any ?
Sometimes parts book and or service manuals can help. You can find both at Country Cat.
The oil pump gets pulled from the throttle body with a adjustable connector (short rod) #10
Have the truck as versatile as possible. Crane, torch, welder, compressor, generator are all a must in my opinion. You can't have too much stuff when you are out in the bush by your self.
We had a similar issue on my riding partner's Polaris and it was a wiring issue. Sounds like you have a failed part. I have a Cat tether and can say it works as designed.
Check for a wire off or broken to the tether or just unplug the tether and run a jumper wire across the wires and see if it shuts down. It is always a good idea to check operation especially if the tss is bypassed.
I would try a rebuild shop SIF, Fort Garry someplace like that. I doubt AC makes the starter or the parts for it. Now the part may proprietary but you wont know until you ask.
I got rid of my deck over. I have never pulled a trailer that size with that much resistance before. It was a Haulin 22 ft with a 4 ft V nose with the extra height for a SXS. I bought a used goose neck enclosed and could not be happier. They tow so much nicer and add good weight right over the...
Polaris has the turbo at the end of the tune pipe mounted on the muffler. They also use a second path for the exhaust to escape pre turbo. It is on the pre turbo exhaust path where the wastegate lives. It is controlling pipe pressure that is feeding the turbo. There is more than one way to turbo...
If you go to Country Cat's site on the home page at the bottom you will see technical info. Click that and you can access a service manual. There is a lot of good info and if you have a decent meter you can do some ohm checks. Its a place to start looking. The exhaust valve spec is 36.5 mm +/-...
Yamaha last built a 600cc 2cyl 2stroke in 1999. To my knowledge that is the largest 2s 2cyl they ever built. They have never had fuel injection or a turbo on any performance 2s that i know of. So after 30 plus years they are getting back into sport that is slowly dying. They are going to build a...
I would check the assessment for taxes first to get an approximate value. Then look around at new homes on the area and price what they are selling for. Also check what comparable houses in the area have recently sold for. That should get you to a starting point. If you aren't familiar this...
