Can any gm dealer do this? What all does it change in transmission ? Would it cause any damage

So it sounds like the gm 6.0 can keep up with the ford 6.2 from what people have said. But there is several that say the gm is gutless compared to all gas jobs. I have watched a few videos and looks like the 6.0 does lack some power but I was looking for real world tests by daily drivers...

I built one. It’s 8x12 and doubled up 2x6 on outer edge and notched 6x6 support posts

Does any body have any experience with the 6.2 ford in a 2500/3500? Leaning towards gas due to the cheaper price and being less worried about it if it’s off warranty frame

So that is not a whole lot better then a gas job ? 17L/100 km is 13.8 mpg and 24L/100 is 9.8 mpg

I do agree they hold there value a lot better. But one has to think about the rest of the truck also just cause the diesel can go 500000 km does not mean the rest of the truck will. And then factor in the cost of Diesel engine repairs if it is off warranty. But the towing is amazing with a...

Ya I loved my 06 Duramax but it didn’t have emissions and it got awesome mileage and was a bullet proof truck but was lacking a lot of the interior features the new ones have. And the new diesels don’t seemed to get that great of mpg even?

Haha thanks for the reply. The only con I have now is that it never wants to wheelie or play with it. Button hooks are impossible with it. But I was hoping the new 3 inch and more power would help that?
