was it you or bogger that had the bayliner avanti?
the new dock at seba is nice, would be cool if they put slips in there for the residents so that they could tie up.
those 900ers did a lot of twisting when hammered on!!!!!!!! did the tourqe stops on the last confusion I had and made a difference, belts lasted a lot longer!! and the good belts from polaris are I think $200
and the part that ticks me off, in another thread it was mentioned that he was stuck and a group of sledders saw him and wouldn't help, I would still help him, I may not say anything well helping, but I still would, I know that he has the odd day when he dosen't feel so hot, and because of that...
and customization, if you know him so well, ask him where the parts are that he promised??? He can send him to me and I will go on every single sled forum and praise your friendly horse and his work
i am just super ticked that I helped the guy out, the same day I paid cash for my wifes engagement ring, Bruno waited for me so I could pay him by cert cheque, so I do pay my bills, the guy does killer paint, but do not say you our going to do something and not follow through, becasue that is...
and his sled never overheated.......it had clutch problems which bruno did warn him about, but the attention to detail was second to none. Everything that is to be re-routed to allow for the pipe wasnt, and melted and I personally re-routed it myself in my gargae. I wouldn't have paid for that...
straight from my mouth, the guy outright lied about the milage on the sled, and paying my bills, well I helped him out and paid upfront cause he had a holiday to go on with his family, i must say he did a awesome job fixing my 900, no complaints there, but I had to phone him non stop so I could...
its a ways away, but grant at oak bank indy just outside of winnipeg has millions of strictly polaris parts and he's really good to deal with. when I lived in mb i only bought polaris casue I could buy parts from him cheap when I wrecked things
i run my short and long tracks at about a inch and a half slack, which buddy is telling me will shorten the life of the sliders and bearings in the wheels......
Just wondering what everyone prefers to have their track slack at? I prefer mine pretty close to tight, but have just had a discussion with someone who runs sloppy loose and likes it that way??
My brother just picked up a new 144 assault, and cant break 65 miles per hour, now part of that is the computer holding it back until its broken in, but something like that with a 2 inch track might not provide the speed that praire trails allow
my brother and his friend were out around whitecourt this past weekend and said that the snow was good......and i heard a rumour it may snow thursday!!!!!!!!!!
I have a sled on kijiji right now, asking 6250, and some people are nuts, you get the reasonable guy that asks some valid questions, but come on, a 2006 crossfire with 1200 kms, in mint shape with some goodies is surely worth more than $1500 I was offered this morning and no, i am not intersted...
good call, its a 06 crossfire 700. its fun to ride, super light, I love ditch banging with it, keeps up on the lakes, still need another long track, but this one will do until I fiqure out if I am going to buy a new assault, M8, or maybe the new 1100 turbo.
Hey
I sold my main sled and going to ride the back up one until I fiqure out what to buy next. I am tall and need a riser, any suggestions to brand and where to get them??
