Big canola country up there for sure always was jealous of the stands and how thick they looked
Using scic isn’t fun either. No money in that and now your premium is thru roof with less coverage
We doubled canola acres this spring as pulses just aren’t working out not that $12 canola does 1...
You guys got used to 50+ plus canola !!!
Forget how good you had it while rest of us in drought land struggled to break 20 for several years
Really turns a guy off a crop when you are losing big money per ac

That’s interesting
Best canola crop we’ve had in years down here. I’m calling it my birthday canola
Lentil acres are shelved here. Basically a wreck
Durum and wheat has been pretty good as well.

Is Drought year for battleford guys considered anything under 50bpa in cereals and 45 canola?? [emoji6] almost as bad as the Maymont guys. Haha
Hopefully it’s better than your thinking

She works for Simplot but is quite frugal with what is needed and not. Very thorough Understands the budgeting and last few years of tighter spending bc crops were poor. We do own spraying

That’s the one thing my agronomist warned me about. If it’s wet and get rains/ showers. Be prepared to fung them lots. And at $20/ac pass. Can blow a lot of $$ quick

Our neighbour has grown them a couple years now. They look really good this year- even after the 3.5” rain dump (my lentils across road are fawked). He’s holding of spraying them until flowering with this forecast

Niner A-fab. Good-on Janzen. Zaks. Seem to recall a few disappointed reviews in integrity but there’s always 2 sides to it sometimes 3 lol

We have only ever used the conveyor on it. Down own a hopper to use grain cart Just always preferred the bags to be at yard for clean up.

We have a Flaman pro with the conveyor
Works pretty good. I changed the little tires to flat free and moved the drive wheels up 4” - that way can unload 1300 -1400 by off tridem without moving Have to back truck up 4’ if you fill it right full
Hoping we have to use it to make 5-6 bags this...
Pretty soon it will just be First Nations and hutterites. Not sure who’s going to pay for everything. Hutts play the system better than anyone
Think there would have been some talk about that - 3 townships selling. His parents must be Robert Anjelic ?? Even at 3k/ac that’s 207 mil...
The brand new one with no km is tempting. Hearing this deal tho he’d have to come to my 20k price. Then I’d part with my cash sell mine in fall for hopefully 7 lol

Bought a global to skid steer adapter for our 6430. Moved hyd line to left side and flat face hookups. Nice to use grapple, bale spike snow bucket on it or whatever else
Pushed quite a bit of snow with it this winter as the storm left banks to tall to just snow blow
