Not sure I'd want to try a steak, though he's cooked up some pretty delicious backstrap and tenderloin. Gotta double grind the rest. The sausage he makes out of it is awesome!
Ha, ha! Thanks for the vote of confidence, but that's my son. That hike would kill me now! That's goat number 5 or 6 for him since he moved to the Elk valley. That one's 8 5/8". Actually the smallest one he's ever got. Looked bigger in the spotting scope apparently. :p
My son decided right out of high school he wanted to be a heavy duty tech. He's never been unemployed and he'll earn well over $200,000 this year. My daughter got a teaching degree, then went to work at Boston Pizza 'cuz she couldn't find a teaching job. She's making decent money now though...
Canadian Tire has them too.

Yes it is. So bad McDonalds has to lock their side door all day to keep them from sneaking into the washrooms and shooting up. Travelodge next door has been turned into a homeless shelter. Local businesses are getting broken into every night.
My son thought that a few years ago. When the sled went over, the tether attached to his wrist got wrapped around the handle bars. Throttle jammed open, 4 stroke running wide open upside down puking all its oil onto the snow, engine only lasted one more ride after that. Not only was he pinned...
Rock Auto for parts. Best price and gets here faster than chit I order from Canada. Buy my filters locally from Cummins. I don't trust Motorcraft or Fram filters. I do buy oil from Canadian Tire though. Used to buy T6 cheaper from Walmart but I wouldn't be caught dead in that place any more.
