Hi all,
Sorry for the delay in responding a friend of the family started the thread for us, it has been a very long and stressful past 5 days. Here is all the information that we have as of right now.
Friday December 7
My Dad along with two other guys drove to kilometer 12 and unloaded their...
Cows would be better to top up your freezer with, not an old herd bull. Pretty sure they are not there for the meat, they can sell the skulls and antlers.
Recently pulled a pretty 22FT river boat so has some weight, with a 13 F150 5.0L, didnt pay attention to fuel mileage, but it pulled alot better than a 13 Dodge 1/2 ton that I have pulled the same river boat with. Did not sag out the rear, and just seemed to shift and have lots of power still on...
When I bought my ABS bag I was told the opposite, make sure you leave the velcro strap loose so the trip handle is not restricted. I have only had i go off once by accident since 07 and it hooked on my mountain additction gas can rack pin cable when I picked my pack up off the tunnel, so it...
I also run the steep and deep, compared to buddies stock clutching it is different but we both felt it performed better then stock in the heavy snow conditions. Flat land race his stock is faster. Overall I have no complaints.
Ya not sure what he means, I'm talking about the passenger seat and it is in the full role cage and I will prob put the doors on, so I would think this would be a pretty darn safe way to go. Thanks all, glad to hear it works good. The set up will be for my wife and daughter also.
Had a look around and did not see any discussions on installing a car seat for a young kid in the passenger seat of a rzr. I am looking at purchasing a rzr with the intentions of putting a car seat in the passenger seat. I have seen people put them in the rear seats before, but I have no need...
I wonder if that can be machined at all, the new housing around the wet clutch is another $380 to replace, so would be worth checking in to. From what I have read it is suppose to be relatively smooth I have not had one apart tho. I did just have mine all replaced and they had to do some...
Visited my parents down in Texas last fall and the old man picked up a traeger smoker, I think it was from costco, anyways we used that for everything while we were there. We did burgers, steak, chicken breasts, salmon, and we were there for Thanksgiving so we did a turkey in it. I was a big fan...
Belt to tight, buttons wore out and binding up, If you have never had it apart there is a wear ring on the inside of the sheave have a look at that, if it is gone it can stick engaged. Multiple things, I would recommend pulling the clutch off and taking it apart. Could be dirty and needs a good...
I am happy with the bikeman clutch kit I installed on my 2012 etec. I to seemed to feel the sled was lacking most of the things stated above. It was for me an overall improvement to my sled. I would not discourage anyone from wanting to install a clutch kit, but like everything do your home work...
My first season I just found that there wasn't as hard of a backshift as I had on my Rev (reweighted and differnt springs), Also found my RPM not increasing as quickly compared to the set up on my Rev, the overall way the machine performed is alot better then my Rev that is for sure but still...
I am pretty sure I seen on a different thread a guy mention that the set screws ( not sure what they are called) on the inside shaft between the sheaves can back out and catch.
I think there is a devise that connects to the second trailer to keep it inline with your fifth wheel for backing up, not sure what it is, but I have heard of it, might be worth looking in to if a person has concerns.
For me I use the tandem system and it works really well, I can back up a...
Yes I have just started locking my tailgate, they are too easy to get off and with backup cameras they are a pretty price to replace. I recommend making it a habit for everyone. I have caught guys in my laneway walking around my truck at 2 in the morning twice now. A call to the cops got no...
