That would be handy!
Mine's an actual sled trailer. Galv. steel so it's pretty good for not rusting (shows none yet), and only weights a few hundred pounds. The wheels could be bigger but I think they are 12. Just have crappy trailer tires though. Bought a full wheel spare just incase I get...
I wasn't offended. I was shocked at the comment and how closed minded it was.
Canada and BC is nothing special. TONS of places that make BC's mountain range and it's availability to ride look like the dogs breakfast.
Well, I got you there. Mine was $800...
Thing is it's a sweet trailer. haha. Does everything I want it to do and more. Awesome to tag onto a truck with a sled deck, can be pulled by smaller engined vehicles, tilt deck for quick loading, and I bolted two motorcycle chokes so I can put two...
Haha.
I've never owned Duratracs but I was very close to buying. Reading reviews of ALL tires you have people complain about the mileage they get. It's strange that the majority say lots of miles, then there are a few that say they didn't get over 30miles. I'm wondering if they change...
Wow, this thread is all over the place.
I mentioned 08 as a reference to overspending industry folk. Ford's boxes rarely change, or change very little. I said his diesel was a 7.3 or 6.0. Not sure which. I did not say his truck was an 08.
In either case, yes, people are credited to the...
That's because people buy cheap projectors.
Buy quality projectors from places like the The Retrofit Source and build your own. As good of lighting on those that come on Acura TL's (often mentioned as THE BEST projectors) and Mercedez because you are USING the same projector and a quality HID...
Haha.
I was the same way.
That's actually economical. Three people paying for diesel, creature comforts in a quad cab, etc.
Did you ever get hassled by "the man"?
Hahaa.
That S10 is awesome. Same with he suburban.
S10 reminds me of when I used to put it in the back of my 06 Dakota quad cab company truck...
Slam it if you will, with all that weight on the back I was making it where the 4x4's were, just as long as I had the sled loaded!
Lots of people slamming tires, but nobody saying what's better.
He's not wanting mud terrains and for that reason I think Duratracs and General Grabber AT2's are some of the best. AT2's being less offroad, duratracs being all around a great tire.
AT2's can be studded for winter only use too...
Hrm....
I know you are from Lloyd where I'd imagine anything older than a 08 Diesel is considered old, but this wasn't really what I was going for.
6000$ into your 6L?/7.3 is probably more then the set-ups I was hoping to see...
Ok, so I know having a fully insulated, heated 26' inclosed with all the bells and whistles is nice. Not to mention the 60,000$ diesel pulling it, but lets see those who do it with less.
1/4 ton trucks, uncovered sled trailers, cars pulling trailers, etc.
Lets face it, big expensive toys...
Two closest are Indian Graves SW of Longview, and Mclean which is SW of Bragg Creek (you can take the Millarville entrance till you see the ENTERING MCLEAN CREEK) sign.
Before that is horse country and will quickly get you ticketed.
Further locations are Porcupine Hills EAST of Dutch Creek...
