No. Just revs to 7200 and starts to backfire like it’s on a two step.
Blew into the vacuum lines for the raves and it moves out so it’s not a diaphragm there. That thing in the middle of the rave with the three wire plug is that just a sensor I’m assuming? Was going to meter it but three...
Agreed. I just lock the superclamp though. Backing in isn’t good enough as per the security footage in gp a couple years ago of a couple clowns pulling a sled right over the roof and hood of a pickup and dragging it down the street with a rope.
I disagree.
Had a few arseholes no flappin pass me chucking claw chunks and cut right in front of me after they passed. I even moved over and slowed down. Like wtf? Same arseholes you see hanging out at the cabin that got there 5min before me and are still sitting there after I leave.

Or just pop a taillight out and tie into the wire for tail lights nicely (not a scotch lock) and everything will be a ok.
Did this in my last two trucks with a small 2 wire plug just inside the box for the deck to plug into for when I want to take it out.
Torqued both to 20 ftlbs and they’re 90 degrees to the injector so they probably could use a shim but it runs. Have to wait till tomorrow to take for a quick rip and test though. Really hope they were the problem.
Got the plugs out.
First thing I noticed is their not iridium just plain old ngk PFR7AB and had a lot of wear and arcing on the ground side and one had a little rust on the plug end so gonna windmill some BKR7EIX NGK’s in and see what happens.
Read the fine print I guess. I bet the dealer didn’t even know that and started to worry they’d be on the hook for it all or have to deny the customer.
Good on them and Cat for doing the right thing.
Thanks. Got lots of things to check tomorrow night after work or Sunday. Gonna call NAPA tomorrow and see if they have the plugs I need or can get them for Monday and test everything I can before I have to go to Calgary Tuesday. Worst case it goes to Cochrane I guess and I smash my piggy bank...
