i took a week holiday and stayed in nelson, nakusp, kaslo, and stopped in other little towns along the way... absolutely loooved nelson, and would consider living there, it was sooo layed back and relaxing and a beautiful setting. but i've been a albertin all my life and it would a tough move...

anyone sled these areas? were planning a trip in april and was wondering what to lookout for and what not to, perhaps some riding area experiences

i heard of a guy that throws the jack filets in a meat grinder and makes fish cakes out of them, bone problem solved.... anybody else heard or done this? i'm just not a big fan of diggin thru my dinner lookin for bones and havent found a real good way to filet them
