Not sure if this is true but I have heard that the bumper is attached to the airbox by rivets and they get losened off from lifting and pulling on the bumper. Which cause the rivet to fall down into the airbox. Just what I heard not sure if its true maybe someone can take a look on their sled.

Out of the 10 trips we made from Edmonton to Valemount we have not had a sled move in any direction at all. We use super clamps on the front. And 2 straps(pull straps) in the back. ( from skid to ramp bar). If you drive the sled so the ski's touch the headache rack your skid sits perfectly...
