Getting the bike put back together, aiming to have it dialed for March.
Might take a week, and point it west. Or southwest. See where a guy winds up, I know some folks on the island and such, but it would be cool to go into the states as I've never been south of the border from this area...
So the other day I'm driving along, and wind up stopped at a red light. This car full of frenchmen pulls up beside me, I look over and they start.
"You english pig! watch the road"
"Viva quebec, we will seperate"
They kept going on and on.
I was still kind of in shock when the light turned...
So I could easily surmise an 800$ event for a family of four? And these fawkers are complaining about money? Get stuffed, NHL.
Infuriating.
I was really impressed with how much a hitmen game costs in Calgary, the Kootenay ice want 17$(?) for a ticket! Hell, the Kimberley Dynomiters are a 9$ event.
I would be more sympathetic to their plight if the average 4 person family could afford to go see a game. How much would that run these days? 500+ I would figure.
Fawk em.
I bring along one of these every day.
It packs down real small into it's own pocket, so it fits into my bag. At the end of the day, I tend to get a bit cold, so I slap this baby on underneath my shell and keep totally warm on the way back to the trucks. Nothing insulates like down.
Man that cabin looks nice. It's odd there's a bunch of horse corrals surrounding the old cabin now though, might be an issue come later in the season, mid season you won't even know they're there.
Just to play devils advocate, don't oil companies reap many dollars off our public lands and resources and privatise them?
I ski first, and sled second, and frankly, have not had an issue with either groups in my years of doing so. Provided everyone is courteous, everyone can have a great day...
I bought an online copy and printed it at staples, grand total cost was 50$. When I need to do something, I bring the pages I need to work, photo copy em, go home, cover them in grease and toss em. Keeps my manual pristine.
