Your sled looks real sharp, I just took it apart myself and had andersons do the anodizing for me.
How do you like your 860? are you still running the 2 1/4 or did you change that aswell. I like that suspension you are running aswell.
Was your pics taken recently, looks like some good snow...
Lets let everyone read and get there opinions, I am always open to suggestions from fellow sledders. What do you think Guys. Catmando might have a good point..
I have posted some pics before but there was some guys that wanted to see it in better lighting, I took some out side today. Here they are, I am also thinking that I will get the rails done.
That do look very sharp, They do great work by the looks of your Sled.
I have another question of Topic, it looks like you have a 3 inch track on there am I correct?
I would take it to Tom at Motts Machine in St Albert, Very good work and he will not rake you over the Coals. I bet alot of Guys on here will agree with that.

Here is my sled with a bit of anodizing done and a few more things to come. I am also thinking about putting the simmons ski's to all black, still undecided on that.
Its very possible that my sled well have one installed, I will see how My Buddys sled performs with his 3 inch, If I do decide I will go with the extended chaincase for the extra clearence so that I can run the track loose and Not have to worry about it touching the tunnel. That would suck if it...
Spin it over quite a few time's, It could be something as simple as a film of rust built up on your Mag and playing tricks on you and causing the spark to be of and on. Just my .02 worth.
Good Luck
Hey thanks for the reply there Tundra Twin. I was at Martin last week and seen your sled up on your sled deck, It looks very impressive, You done a great Job with it. It must be 20 inches wide. With any luck I will see you in the Mountains somewhere to see it go.
Bring on the snow.
Are they done with or with out the extended chaincase though. I am hearing the 3 inch with the extended chaincase they run Great, But its $1300 for the chain case and Speciality is charging 20 Hrs to do the install. Not including Buying the 3 inch track and 7 tooth drivers.
I just sold my 07 800 XRS and it never gave me a Minutes worth of trouble, I no there are lots that the engine Crank BRGS do go. But that was a bad batch and its pretty early to say if the one you are looking at will go or not.
If the price is right, Its probalby worth the Gamble. Mine was a...
The Xp do come stock with a 8 tooth 2.86 Pitch, And the 3 inch is 7 tooth 3 pitch. Once installed there is roughly 130 Thou clearence. There was one sled at the sled show done with out the extended chaincase. I am waiting to here back on the results of how it works. I feel like Oilboy said, The...
