I've always run OEM belts...but Yamaha belts are only $120 a piece. I'm considering Gates for my xm...skidoo belt prices are silly! Gates makes all kinds of industrial belts...I've got a gates belt running my super charger.
Can anyone provide some detail on what roads in the Morrissey area are ploughed and how far in? Sounds like Lodgepole is ploughed, what about Wigwam and Cabin? Anyway to get hold of current logging plans for Lodgepole?
Any updates on Corbin? Thought I read somewhere that Flathead rd heading south out of the parking lot had been plowed? Just wondering if Corbin is an option this weekend. Can you still park and ride from the mine gate area in Corbin?
I have zero experience but am considering putting a set on my mtn bike. The claimed benefits are vibration dampening, strength, and weight. Apparently they look badass add well? Claimed downfalls at they don't take a hit well and extra care needs to be taken torquing up handle bar clamps and...

There are some areas that yes there is slide potential but it's mostly trails in rolling hills. There is also a good warm up cabin at the north end of the trails.
