    atlas riding conditions

Thanks FS. I was hoping to ride something a bit closer with my family as we're just planning a day ride.

    atlas riding conditions

Ditto, hoping to bring the family down there for last ride of the year next weekend. Is the road plowed? Could I just head up the road until the trails look rideable? Am I better of going to York?

    Tires?

Happy with my Silent Armours. I've only got 25k on them but lots of tread left. Good winter traction on highway and off, quiet on the highway. I run them year round.

    apex mountain

I agree with all of the above plus add a two wheel kit, I think it helped. Also make sure you have the bars nice and high....more leverage.

    avy in corbin any info

I get the same results. Thanks FS, crystal.

    avy in corbin any info

Not sure what I did wrong but I got the same results as Modman - Castle area. And I agree location info is great - the sooner the better. That's when we are all focused and it's much more likely to stick in my holey head. But if their is an investigation on going, and a sled still out there...

    code 84 problem

I found a BOV solved my code 84 problems. Very rarely get code 84, but still get it now and then. You can by-pass it in the wiring harness under the cowling in front of the steering column. That'll save you in a jam but as MF says, get a tether if your going to do it permanently. If I...

    supercharger oil

cheapest I've seen: I order mine from E&S to avoid the border lag.

    atlas riding conditions

Just thought I'd throw out that conditions out of Atlas, as far as trail riding goes, were excellent. I was down there this past Friday and Sat and trails were glass smooth with a bit of fresh (1-2").

    Glad we got Treadway!

I did the same, bought it off of itunes and thought I bought the wrong vid! I take my kids out sled skiing a bit just to get away from the crowds on resort hills. I like Treadways support and attitude! Maybe they will release a "Directors Cut" and put it back in? We also xcountry ski; you...

    What was the ski video?

    low gearing for tobogan pulling

I think gearing down will help. It'll get your rpms up without adding much load so you should run cooler. Can't tell you whether that gear will work with your current chain though.

    Supercharged Apex

    Ouch!

    Supercharged Apex

Here's a pic of my o2 sensor install. I pic'd here as it's easy to get at to replace. Otherwise it's drilling out rivets or dropping your suspension. Works good here, it's only at 1200rpms it reads lean, as soon as I touch the throttle the readings come down and seem accurate.

    atlas riding conditions

I don't think you'd get much farther, about 1km down the road there is a corner that drifts in and it's hard packed by sleds driving over it. The road had not been plowed recently but I could see the small banks on the side of the road that it had once been plowed. Anyone ridden out of...

    Supercharged Apex

I thought about picking up a shockwave to sort out what ramp I should have. My secondary is still stock and I think I could use one a bit shallower. Any riding I do around home is on the trails with my family so I rarely get over 30kph....no need for clutching adjustments, I'm lucky to get it...

    Nytro fan question

Not sure about the Nytro but on my Apex and Phazer the fan comes on before the temp light comes on. Has the fan ever come on? Bad relay or fan?

Ditto on the track, the mav sucks!

Is a weight distribution hitch needed

I pulled a 24ft travel trailer (about 5500lbs loaded) with a Tahoe and anything over 90kph and sway would start when a transport passed, with or without wind. Add wind and snow and ice and it just gets worse. This was with weight distribution bars (no sway control), which as other have stated...
