the klim sale is looking really good at Martin right now
how did you like the nokians i was looking at a set for this winter? not a fan of the firestone winters i have right now
send me a pm i could be interested
Never i repeat Never will i buy another pair of MF junk boots gen1 redline boots fell apart in 4 rides, a great lady at martin got me a warrantie set last winter, this winter again i am in need of another set of boots, my 6yo klim boots are still in great shape,
does anyone know if MF guy...
very interested in a kit if its plug and play. i have a mesh hood and no battery, would need a different bracket though, supports in the hood are 1/2'' id rip it off the bars to fast, need it protected
best price ive seen was 13/jug at UFA in wabasca, luckily my dad is up there weekly or the delivery fee would be brutalgoing to check on the flying J in sherwood park now though thats cheep
whats the saying about arguing with a idiot... ya ill leave this alone, OP youll be fine with 35's on stock with a 2"+ level kit or with offset rims and smaller mud flaps
TEX the same fender shape and opening since 99 ran 35's on my 7.3-6.4-6.7, without a little offset they will rub a bit at stock height. with a level you should be good with stock rims,
might need to go to smaller mud flaps, i did on my 2010 and after that no issues
Give h&s a call. There easy to get unlocked, I don't even think they charge for it, but they might. You just need a new file for your truck. will involve a cable, laptop and 15 min
did pretty good, 30 days 25 were good snow, but that was just luck and being able to go when the weather looked good
10 days better than last winter, but i had a extra month this year
ya i ended up with a 7000 lume led light with a rechargable battery pack it works awesome and is almost as bright as a headlight.
i tryed to buy one of the frankensled lights but on one would get back to me on price and availibility
i have the diamond s mesh hood, i like it, keeps everthing cool and looks different . 25 days this year with it, probably rolled the sled 100 times and no tears or anything in the mesh.
only problem with the aftermarket hoods is you lose the headlight,
i love my diamond S boards but i wouldnt suggest buying them unless you arent afraid to modify/make parts, i had to make a support for the front and adjust a few of the bends to make it fit nicely.
Chromolly is phucking tuff to bend!!
not sure about rhe duraflex ones but ive had the straitline ones and they dont have enought down force wih the cable to work effectively. i have a set of Ice Storm scratchers now and they work awesome, they throw a lot of snow, not sure id want to follow me up a trail though
