ya if you ride that same elevation thats a good way to go
I tend to ride all over at a lot of different elevations so I went adjustable
honestly though, I hardly ever mess with them now I got them set where I like.
another thing though, 71g isn't always the same...depends on where that 71g...
I got mine setup with the heavy weight in deep with a smaller weight on top, when I get higher than I normally ride 7k+ then I pull the little weights to get my RPM back up
takes a couple minutes is all.
I havn't gotten my bumpers yet, dude said it'd be ahwile I was fine with that as he was off on some product promo trips.
I should have them soon though, hopefully by the time I get my turbo back from the turbo shop - excessive shaft wobble
not sure how far north in BC you are, but dynojet has a setup in Kettle Falls WA for town and country days, doing a little dyno compitition
not sure if they'll be setup again tomorrow or not, shoud have put my stocker turd on there just for a baseline
I got my project started finally, been keeping tabs on yours. I'm doing something kind of like yours, maybe a little less lift and a little less power.
I need a sled hauler, road trip, mild offroad truck.
pretty mild with DDP +50 injectors, #10 plate 3k GSP
didn't want to go bigger on the...
ya I kinda control the shift by throttle input now, if I got a big load then sometimes I just hafta back off a bit to stay in a gear on lockup and just not go too fast up a hill, great for keeping the pyro down I guess -not that a stocker could heat it much anyways.
I've got a lot of work needs...
what would you stick behind that engine if it were an auto?
I got a 1995 12v xcab 4x4 auto, truck is stock, and its a turd
my auto has been upgraded, brazed fin TC (not sure maker), different vb and clutch basket upgrade too. not sure what all else, perhaps the input shaft upgraded too not...
