im thinking just hammering on the dunes tomorrow morning.. will probably park in the gravel pit south of camp tamarak.. and wander over to the dunes from there... got the bike all serviced up last night.. good ol' synthetic blend lubing my engine now.. should have bought a new plug too...

our paintball area was not in a gravel pit.. it was in between the dunes parking lot, and evergreen park, grassy hill... with a tree-fort at the top.. good times :D

yeah i dont have the service manual... and everyone i talked to on thumpertalk said there was no oil filter... i guess i will figure it out when i do a teardown this winter

never said that ALL air cooled bikes dont have a oil filter... just said that my crf230f doesnt have one... it is the only engine i have ever actually played with that doesnt have one lol

that was me and a group of friends paintball field.. the reason it is destroyed now is because of the mountain pine beetle harvesting that happened.. twas a shame.. now the GP Paintball Club has no home :'( but i guess without paintballing i am into dirt-biking so i suppose it is a win lol...

one day,,, maybe i will step up to the plate with a 450 size... not for a good few years anyways.... but ladydirt, the crf230f doesnt have an oil filter.. (thumbs up) drain oil, drain tranny, fill up! 10 mins in the driveway if you got a oil catcher! lol always been a 4-stroke guy.. i know...

yeah i started looking up the crf150r after i posted... you would probably beat me in a race... i have a little more torque.. and what not.. but ultimately, the crf230f is a "maintenance free" trail bike.. the crf150r is a performance bike for the smaller class of rider.. i will eventually...
