This one citiot tried telling me off when I told him the difference between a 7 bottom plow and a disk ripper, he said the disk was the plow and he didn't know what the "plow" was lol, like seriously, I'm a farmer, your a city-ot I know my chit!!!
Same boat, I can't stand them whining and complaining when they don't even know what theyer talking about, and when they don't know the difference between a tractor and a combine.... Now that's just bad
It's so wet, if it keeps this up well have fun in the fields with the combines and trucks, so we will have enough to worry about without the litters lol
My buddy has litters on his combine and they suck for the tangled up, kinked stubble.
And as for the hail insurance we will probably get some, but it's all around us that have gotten hail, our crops are all still standing, but to the south a few miles they have nothing left, and that's to close...
Most of the time if you claim it under insurance they won't let you bale or silage it, but if it's not covered you can do what ever you want with it, but even if you wanted to silage it, it's so flat you won't get much off out of it anyways.
If I get a chance I'll get some pics of the hail damage around here, the hail took out all the crops, canola is green and flat, wheat, barley, oats and hay, all done in by the hail, nothing at all left, it's enough to make one cry
I hate cows, mostly cuz they are stupid, we got about 250 head right now, that's about 250 to many... But on the bright side they do bring in a good source of income, but it makes you wonder if it's really worth it
Those bastards have no clue what it's like to starve, what if all the farmers went on strike for a year, I bet they would b*ch cause they're hungry, they need to go hungry for a while, then maybe they will appreciate their job for once.....
Anything on tires or tracks, just about anything that says "CAT" on it lol, but doing what yet, I'm not sure, I thought of working in a welding shop, or being a mechanic for those cat dump trucks, but a welding shop would be my last option, I'm kinda leaning more towards operating machinery
Just wondering where a good place is to find a job? Preferably running heavy equipment, looking for a good workplace environment that's easy going, so any suggestions out their?
It's got 3ph, loader, grapple, it's pretty big tho, around the 100hp mark and that about all I know for now. But if your interested I could find out more
