You can put back to stock anytime as long as you bring it to a PEFI dealer. Each ECm has the sled Vin # stored inside. So if you plug one into your sled and the vin does not match when you bring it in for warranty you’ll have a problem lol.

Would depend on Y pipe? None I know of yet have affected. Head I have no personal knowledge of that as all the ones I done were stock engines. I’d have to check with Sebastien to see if they tried with any heads.

SLP and DynoPort both have good reviews and results. Both work at all elevation and don’t require fuel controller or a certain elevation to ride. You should be happy with the gains.
