Are you starring in a UCP commercial? I am actually not happy with the current situation Alberta is in, but I don’t understand how the UCP will change it. I have never heard a plan come from the UCP leadership. All I’ve heard is lip service, “make Alberta great again”.
And for the record, I...
How is my vote paid for with tax payer money exactly? Because Im a civil servant? If thats the case I hand you the keys to my house, truck, snowmobile, because yes, municipal tax payer do pay my salary. Along with road workers, nurses, teachers, water and utilities workers, sanitation workers...
Until someone can actually tell me how Kenney can change Alberta for the better, yup. I have yet to hear a solid plan come out of him. He might as well be Trump (I didn't say Mexico was going to just write us a cheque for the wall).
Change my mind.
I for one will be not be voting for the UCP. Kenney wants be be like Klein, and I don't believe that it will work. Klein cut all public sector jobs, and set this province back many years in education, infrastructure and health care. Klein pulled it off as we were in a very different economic...
They have been selling off assets for a few years, they have very few remaining. They have sold off their Albian assets to CNRL , and have sold 90% of the upgrader area at their Scotford plant. They still own the refinery and chemical plant at Scotford, but sources say they will not hold on to...
Ive been looking for a bigger toolbox for the home garage. The MasterCraft ones have gone to shat and are a lighter metal than they used to be. Reviews are pushing me towards the Husky brand at Home Depot, heavy metal and well built, but the drawers seem pretty deep having less of them kids...
Sorry about the **** luck with injury, but isn't the resort pretty awesome? I was there this time last year, and in Feb 2013. It was damn hot during Feb trip, and Dec 2017 trip the place was only 30% full and nice and quiet!
Thanks for the advice Ric. I youtube it and diagnosed it myself. Pulled the skid plate and could see it leaking from a tee. $90 bucks at Ford and Im back to 100%, was less hassle than going back to the shop and having them screw me around.
Took my 2013 F150 5.0 in the other day for a coolant flush. I have never had any issues with the truck, just always stuck to the regular maintenance. I now have coolant leaking onto the floor when it’s parked. I haven’t had much time to crawl underneath and trace it back, but maybe someone here...
I will likely freeze bearing and use a 2x4 cut to size to bang the new one in. Ive been told it works.Gonna check price on an alignment tool, but also considering propositioning the local marine mechanic to rent me his.
Not sure really how to explain it. I pushed the threaded rod in with the nut and a washer at the end. I followed that by sliding this chain link in so it would tilt into position right behind the bearing. Than sucked the bearing out. Make any sense?
I have a buddy with a wood CNC, so will likely have him make me something to beat that bearing in. I bought a whole kit off amazon through Sierra Parts. Includes all gaskets and bellows, etc.
Ive pretty much done the same thing tonight. Took a threaded rod with a nut on the end, and using a chain link to fit behind the bearing. Almost got it done and will start fabricating again in the morning.
What did you use to install new bearing? Did you buy an alignment tool?
I know this is a long shot, but curious to if anyone has a gimbal bearing puller. I can't seem to get one in the next few weeks, and the only place I can really find one is eBay.
If you have one, and are willing to rent it out for a few days, let me know!
