    Snow Bike Revolution

That exactly hits it on the head. In the last 5 years I have had 2 days where I think my bike would have been underpowered and not have gone where my sled would have . I look back and think was the $25K that I put into my Turbo Pro for those 2 days worth it? And for the sleds who get to the...

    Snow Bike Revolution

Well. My story. 2 years ago I rode my first snowbike. Built my first one last year. Sold 6 sled in the interim. No sleds left. That is after 15 years of riding a sled in the mountains. I you like 2 strokes in the dirt - you will love them on the snow. Take a little more set-up out of the...

    SaskBattery

Got to give a plug for these guys. Needed a new battery for KTM snowbikes. Ordered it online yesterday, and it was in the mailbox this afternoon when I got home. And it was $50 cheaper that a certain unnamed dealership that sells KTM and Polaris. Who did not have it in stock, and said it...

    Kmod now has Kmotion

Actually I did not say it made any difference when the sled was in motion. Only said it made a difference pulling the sled on edge when stopped. Offended? Hardly

    Kmod now has Kmotion

Bejesus. That is a tad close minded now, isn't it? I have the Pro Motion on my 15 Pro. I would like to think after 15 years of mountain riding and quite a few trips to Burandt's to get my azz kicked I would have learned something. As was stated above, working smarter and not harder is the...

    MODS skis

All: I have a pair of the MODS skis on my kid's Freestyle. One of the ski loops has broken. They used to have a website Modsskis.com but it is no longer working? Anyone have a set? Or know where to order parts. Rene St. Onge used to sell them - that is where i got them from. Greg

    Ditch banging strathcona county

The bylaw guy - must be over 65 with the big white mustache - essentially stalks my property when he sees or hears me and the kids riding bikes or sleds. Some days, I do circles just by the ditch just to piss him off. Waving and giving him the thumbs up. These guys have nothing on the Soup Nazi.

We have a lot to be thankful for in North America....

One of those would be awesome for kids getting off 120's. We never said it was easy, just that it looked cool.

    BCA Tracker 3

Thought I would post here as the avy awareness forum does not get as much traffic. Has anyone upgraded to a BCA Tracker 3 yet? I still use my originals as they are just so damn easy to use - but I think it may be time for an upgrade given the improvements in multiple burial technology. Anyone...

    Timbersled Mountain Horse Feed Back?

For trees and the like - you will never go back to a sled. I like to think of myself as a better than average tree rider. On a bike, I feel like Chris Burandt. If you want to climb chutes, they are not the machine. But last year on the two days I rode at Hunter's Range - I never made it to...
