So you still think Mexico is safe?

Just out of curiosity, I checked statistics. There were 17,250 murders in the US last year so about double in Mexico. Love Mexico but am as cautious there as I am when in the US. Like the US, you are more likely to get hurt as a bystander in some areas more than others and you need to be smart...

All a matter of perspective. I recall a client purchasing a car for $600,000. Seemed excessive until I did the math and calculated that is about what he cleared after taxes every month. Didn't want to use the same calculations for what I would drive.

I did the same and they (2 6V Trojans) seem to work fine. I would check your charger in your trailer.

The system they live under has a lot to do with the deterioration of the housing. The band owns everything and everyone just lives in the houses assigned to them. The band does not spend any money on maintenance so everything deteriorates quickly. No incentive for the occupants to do any...

    Future of snowmobiling

Less of an inspiration than you are thinking. Living your seventh decade puts you in your 60's. Kinda like we are in the 21st century :). If you want inspiration, my father in law is 88 and more active than I am.

    Future of snowmobiling

I think the order of reasons (all mentioned before): 1. Not as many families enjoying the sport as there used to be. For many of us the bug infected us at a young age. Whether your kids are interested in joining you or not depends on them. Some kids just aren't interested. 2. Time and cost -...

    SCN Lavalin and the BS.......

These statements are intended to bring a positive impression when said by the hopeful candidate. Always disappointing when they forget what they said if they are elected.

    SCN Lavalin and the BS.......

A pretty good synopsis of the entire mess. The entire thing involves work done in Libya in the first part of the century which was won by allegedly paying bribes to Libyan officials as well as some role in laundering money through Switzerland for that regime. This is about as dirty as it gets...

What the F*** is with BC mayors!!!

You should be safe from the "run off" tax. Better watch out if the second round includes a "run on" tax becuase, being lower than the roadway, you would be pooched. :) Years back, the Edmonton Utilitie included a water treatment charge for treatment of sewage and run off, That was in 1990.
