I wonder if a guy could get a cartridge or 2 sent out BEFORE they break, just to have on hand in case you run into a situation like this. Change it out in the evening, and back up riding the next day.

When I got my sled, brand new, I had similar issues, and it turned out to just be a bad battery. No issues in 2.5 years since.

The serial number thing could account for the first bulkhead, but not the replacement tho, agreed? Unless there's something else tweaked that the bulkhead bolts to, causing the issues....? Just thinking out loud here...
