oh and ur primary bolt is 89ft pounds torque and ur secondary is like 38ft if i remember right :rolleyes:

u can use varsol and a wire brush/wheel to clean ur raves and then just blow them off with air u can use a 12 volt battery to check the solenoid and u will just here a "click" if its working

i would do everything maxwell mentioned and i would check your compression while your at it too. should be around 120ish... most likely its your clutches... and as for your fuel filter im pretty sure thats not your issue because i dont think you have a fuel filter :)

i actually dont know what compression ratio would be at now. I bought the sled with it already done. I know Daryl Baker did it at Racers Edge in Calgary and they shaved two hundred thousands off it because if they went any more than that i would have to run more that 91 octane. sorry i couldn't...

it could just be that your filling your reservoir up a little too full. it is very common for an xp to piss a little out the over flow when it gets really cold. i run my level under the full line on the reservoir so its only about half full and no leaks now. But like extrmsled said it could also...
