    In my experience, using reverse is pointless, all you’ll do is smoke the belt, whether on the snow or a oncrete floor. The advantage is better belt grip with less side force (heat), and a more sensitive clutch (better backshift).

    I’ve done the grippers on a Cat. You need to trim the bottom of the ski rubber and shave a bit out of the ski base. As mentioned, use the Polaris bolts.

    If the Kmod is set up, it is a great skid in the powder, gets up n the snow and stays there. I’ve had a few different skids over the years, and the Kmod is under both sleds in our stable for good reason. If your results are different, give Kevin a call and he’ll help you tune it.
