Are you talking body roll loaded? Or MT?
If you are controlling body roll with air bags MT, you need better shocks to start I’d guess.
I always deflate my air bags to zero when not hauling.
Imo, don’t get a permit, gas fitting is not that hard, just buy the proper pipe tape and dope. Rent a threader if needed, $50 a day.
