Had stock Walker Evans on my last sled, what a joke that shock was out the box.
If you run it without the sway bar you will need another 10-15psi in that shock, with the sway bar in the fronts should be at 210 at least, so that puts you at 220-225 with the sway out. The sway brings the front...
Congrats Em!
Knowing all you do for the sport besides just riding, you are more than deserving for all that you have. Don't let other people's jealousy get to ya!!
Who cares where she is from it is a start in the right direction for females of the sport to finally have the recognition the...
Saw that sled over the weekend in Island Park, one was sitting ont he side of the trail as we were headed up to two tops and the other was making a high speed run towards the other sled down the trail towards us.
Saw those headlights of the one coming down the hill and did not recognize it or...
Not Canadian, but ya can't beat the quality and sound of the HPS can on the new chassis. Weigh's just over 4 lbs, so saves ya around 7lbs from the suitcase that comes on it.
Fit and finish is top notch and couldn't be more happy with it.
Meh, I run cheap Citgo Sea and SNow through mine, ran it through all my sleds from day one, cheapest chit you can buy at Fleet Farm. Have also heard not so good about Amsnotoil, but to each their own, oil is oil and the debate will go on forever.... I think oil rletaed issues are not brand...
Carl's Cycle x2, they know polaris in and out and if ya want anything aftermarket done they are the guys who know the machine inside and out. It would be worth the extra miles to get one from them, top notch in all aspects of putting a sled together out the crate and setting it up for its...
He's not making an XP kit, sorry.
Saw his pro kit this last weekend, BEAUTIFUL work and every part in it is either chrome or billet, looks VERY nice and can't wait to see it run. Unfortunately the owner is going to put VE sidekit and PC track on it, so might be a couple weeks before seeing it...
07 600 rmk: not babied at all, New rear suspension from jumping, on it's third set of shocks due to bent shafts and major blowouts (gotta love the WE airs being treated like exits.. haha), new bumper, new a-arm and lower plastics, 2 new skis, new handlebars and bruised ribs for the rider and a...
Then I would suggest buying someone else's kit such as Carl's instead of buying each piece seperate and experimenting. Tellt hem what you have done to the sled, they will make it rip. Experiment later once you know what it all does.
I don't think that is the problem on mine. I can hold 8250 on mine all day with the current clutch setup, it just seems the snappy portion of the throttle is not there on the top end compared to the etec, although not by much just a small feeling by seat of the pants. My next plan is to try...
