So I am looking at purchasing a property at Lake Nakamun. I’m just wondering if there are any dirt bike trails in the area? I have heard there are trails around Lac la nonne, does anybody know if they are decent and where to unload at?
Thanks to everybody who has chimed in, sounds like I’m looking for a 340 to 440 sled. I’m going to start doing a bit of research on them and I might contact a couple of you guys. That ski doo 380 may work the only problem is dad rides a Polaris lol.
My boy is now 11 and is interested in learning to sled. He rides dirt bikes and has experience operating a sea doo so I’m not worried about throttle and brake control. I have no idea what size sled I should be looking for? We would be doing our riding around the lake and some local trails.
Oh ok, ya it would be great to meet up to ride, thanks for the response good luck with the build. On a side note man are these little 85's tough to find pre owned been watch buy and sells in bc, sask, and ab quite a bit.
Hey Tchetek I think my boy ( Seth ) and I actually rode with you a couple years ago at Bump, anyways are you planning to keep the YZ stock or are you planning to add anything to it for more bottom end?
Curious how you guys are modifying the pro chassis underhood goggle bags to fit on the axys chassis? I've been trying to figure a good place to put it on my 16 axys but I'm clearly not smart enough lol. ( any pics would be great )
I have a 19 Super Duty I had to run a seperate plug for my deck, the factory wiring in the box was thinking a trailer was attached and was throwing all kinds of faults ( says brake and signal lights out etc ).
^^^ Like Tchetek said you can't go wrong with the 110 4 strokes you can get many years out of them running wise and riding wise. My daughter started riding a TTR110 at 7 she is now 9 and I just put handlebar risers on it, she will probably get 2 more years on it.
The Rekluse made it too easy for him to ride, he’s not putting to much effort into trying to clutch properly. I just thought it would be a good idea since we mostly ride single track, but after seeing his buddies that ride with us learn the clutch as fast as they did I think it was a mistake. Oh...
So looks like my boy will need to move up to a 85cc bike next spring. We ride mostly trails / single track and am looking for a bike with good bottom end power. My son has been riding a 2014 KTM 65 with a Rekluse (which was a mistake putting on lol ). I'm not intersted in anything older than a...
My backcountry bbq set up, works pretty good. I forgot to take pictures of the roast cut up but it was a nice medium, stuffed potato and a garden salad on the side.
