Hate to break it to ya but we havnt had 50+ canola in 5+ years over here, we been on the crop insurance train last 5 years on canola, im just saying with canola turning into more of a headache then anything here gunna prob drop decent chunk canola acres next year and go more pulses and cereals
Our canola runnin far worse then last year wheat about the same but there no reason after 14 inches of rain why the canola couldnt take 2 weeksnof heat and it dont matter early of late canola it seems but thats farming
Were at 50% xouple thousand to go wheat is very noice canola is not bery nice think were gunna be dropping canola acres next year ch!t dont grow wnd costs to much to grow
This stuff was swathed we havnt gotten into the straight cut stuff yet, we have straight cut some heavey crops without any issues but sometime it takes a while to dry down after desication sometimes have to go back to get certain areas, with the 80km winds we been havin the doing circles all day...
Fields here pretty dissapointing so far canola been goin high 20s low 30s, crazy stand hard thrashing just no canola, heard from a few guys now same thing sadly. Did some wheat that didnt catch alot rain and it went 42 so we were happynwith that atleast
The prob with unions is lazy people
Corupt others snd would rather play games then just actually do the work, spend 7 hours trying to figure out how to get out of a 1 hour job, and then they cant be fired or very hard to be fired, snd then other workers who are decent get more work load thrown...
Lol the rest is def better, just this stuff looked so good all year and then trainwrecked
In 10 days it seems, we have high standards over in gods country lmao
The wheat there looks identical to our heat blasted wheat in 2022 and they called it a 2, the rest of the acres still not even close just this lighter land couldnt hold one looks like we will combine 460 acres then park combines for 7 days
I dont no who is doing the averages they expect but we are no where near what they say the bushel ave will be wnd we have had a decent spring to mid summer of rain
For us airplane was 13.50 and 14.50
For the heli, but fungicide prices have come
Down alot so its currentlt cheaper now to get the plane then it was 5 years ago due to fungicide dropping about 3-4 bucks a acre plane used to be 10.50
We are holding in there but crops
Starting to go in reverse, im just hoping we can fill the heads went from funigicided everything to no rain here is the earliest wheat seeded crop
Ya was awesome to see ryans seans snd lutz cars i hope they end up
Coming back, the creme dream stole the show for me tho beautifull build. We have been planing a trip
Down to a npk event looking even more fwd to it now top notch guys forsure
Was there today kinda dissapointed alot of the drivers who said they were coming were not there, other then that awesome to see the heat was brutal tho
