So I got my new sled and I'm thinking about what I'm going to do about powder coating.
I'm thinking of coating the rails, spindles, bumpers, and seat support white. I'm also thinking of removing the side panel decals and putting on a set of white skis. Haven't put it on yet but I already have...

Yup... I was just at Cycle Works and mine was in the truck that came on Friday. I'll probably pick it up some time next week. It would take a lot to wipe the smile off my face. :rockon:
The only problem I've had powder coating two sleds is getting the spindle back on the lower A-arm ball joint. Nothing a bit of careful filing and sanding cant overcome. Everything else is no problem.
