The early bird gets the worm......in this case gets the smooth trail. Go ride Keystone, Sale ao maybe the trail into Turtle and ya won't complain so much about a rough trail......suck it up:beer:
i have a 2010 front mount alpine running 17psi over the holidays in Revy and only saw 100kmph for the little I looked at the gauges. It felt fast so my speedo could be out. I'm runnin a 162 -2.5" camo with avids, boost it fuel system, 47 helix, alpines spring set up which is the purple cat...
I just got back from my shop from installing my tether which I had purchased a couple days ago. Funny how you mentioned it!! It was a very easy install:beer:
Ya my machine has the Alpine kit. They did the install so I would assume they by-passed the system. #37 also comes up, which is my idle. it idles around 2000rpm's. I think it needs to be turned down to 1750 rpm or so?
Just what I was looking for!! thanks:beer:
What does #84 mean (T.O.R.S)? Is it something thats needs to be repaired? My sled didn't come with a manual of any sorts.
Last winter in the Boulder parking lot in Revy I was parked beside a truck and trailer that had the super clamp decals all over it (including the sleds) I started talking to the fellow telling him how great his products are (i run front and rear clamps) He noticed that two of my clamps had the...
Glad to hear that you like the new fuel system!! The alpine sled there is mine and the impulse sled is my buddies. We are both looking forward to getting them back and trying them out:d We are heading to Revy hopefully the first weekend of December. If you're out sooner then that, would be...
Don't pick the Super 8. The old bastard that runs it or owns it (whatever) is one grumpy son of a #@#$*. Bunch of us stayed there one trip last year and never again. We could do nothing to please him. Its not like we were a loud bunch getting drunk till all hours of the morning. (our light...
the dealer in Vernon is selling the 2010 with the 240 kit for 20 grand. For an extra grand you can get the 270 kit. Not sure if this helps ya out:beer:
Hey PP, I think the club should plow the trail up to the 4km marker or even past. Do this a couple days before the event. This will keep many people from riding boulder that day!!!!:p I don't think many guys would be willing to run there sleds on 4kms of gravel:rant: Then for the rest of the...
I have a pic from around 1997 of that hill letting go. looked like maybe the day before we were there.... since then I don't even go close to that slope. The slide was much bigger to. The snow carried more down the valley. Over the years people always tend to sit at the bottom and have...
Some pics of my new 2010... bought it used with only 80 miles on it!!! The guy rode it once and scared himself with the all the power. Has an Alpine front mount turbo. I polished the tunnel, did some powder coating, new windshield and gas rack. I think my 2 stroke days are done !!!
