I had a good summer, did lots of mountain biking. Just fired up the sled today to get ready for some updates tomorrow at the dealer.
Man I hope it’s a good snow winter this year.
I was wondering about this, I was following a truck with a Gen 2 in the back and I could see the dish move as he travelled on the highway and wondered how a Gen 3 in motion would work.
I noticed my app now has a slider to make the dish flat while in motion, so it makes sence what you just...
So Starlink discontinued the Gen 2 (motorized) and the Gen 3 is now available in Canada. Is it a worthwhile upgrade I wonder, with the new Generation modem with more sq ft coverage and better cords?
I don not like the manual setup of the Gen 3 and that will really limit the guys who have them...
If I read correctly, there is strict building requirements of what a house can look like and what materials it can be built with. Thats a real estate lawyer’s nightmare if its not followed.
I don’t know why they would be whining, its not like those companies have service when starlink will, Rogers is the only Canadian company who partnered with starlink so far.

Why would anyone want to rebuild let alone want to live in a national without technically owning the land their homes, and businesses are sitting on.
Kinda, Don’t believe it will be like Fort Mac. The memories I have of the city, like the parsons creek area, when I was there was pretty dramatic, seeing the bulldozed homes, the burnt dozer that got stuck in a foundation, and corvettes etc in the piles.
Alot of those burnt homes and properties...
I followed a convoy of atco trucks that were leaving jasper. It was 2:30 in the afternoon, I assumed there was power back on. Odd time to be leaving IMO.
Drove through Jasper today, it was sure nice not to have tourists stopping to take photos along the highway.
It was awful nice having the speed limit reduced to 50 so lots of rubber necking can be accomplished. Didn’t see one plane on that fire on the other side of the river. They must be...
Crosstrax built one for me this year. I did some modifications to it as it was the first one they built with measurements taken over the phone. Works on the sled deck with a super clamp, works in the back of my truck, and works at the campsite to hold all the bikes.
