Idle is 11-12.5 cruising down the trail, it was 10.0 or richer and the guage goes blank (<10) when going into boost and in boost maybe 11 sometimes. Theres a bit of hesitation when going into boost because it goes so rich at that point... Arent all the boxes tuned the same??
Good to hear, wish mine was like that. Mine runs extremely rich pretty much all the time. Does anyone have instructions on how to change the settings on the gems box?
I also would NEVER run any boosted vehicle, sled...whatever without an Airfuel gauge. Leaning out will kill your motor very fast. I have built a few boosted cars and Knock and Air Fuel are the most important things to a successful turbo motor lasting.
An air fuel guage isnt gonna tell you the quality of the fuel. A knock light or something to read knock would tell you whether you have shitty gas. I have a 500 hp 2.5L Turbo car with a knock guage and i have completely switched to Husky 94 and will also be running this on my Turbo Nytro, alot...
Is yours the black one with the air frame running boards and aftermarket seat and has the QFT relocate kit? I sat on it and i purchased the steering relocate instantly, feel alot better than the stock.
This is most likely the best way to go, and i think E&S sells them. I need to price one out one of these days, as i think those tilt blocks definently work against making the steering easier on the nytro...
The Relocator Kit [Nytro] : OFT Racing, Over the Top Sled Parts
I just bought one of these kits 3 weeks ago, this is my first sled. The install took about a few days working on it after work, two guys whom know anything about sleds could probably put it on in a day. Seemed easier to install than the MCX kit. Lots of pictures with the instructions too and...
What happens if this kit is run around here at 2000 ft? Are they worried it will overboost?
Important: The PUSH Turbo kit is designed only for operation at elevations above 6000 feet. While installation of this kit will not "void" your snowmobile's warranty, specific failures determined by...
I have an AEM guage in my car and my 2006 Nissan Frontier actually uses the same O2 sensors on the drivers side from factory....
If your stuck just hit up a Nissan dealership, they may have them in stock.
I was out at lake Isle all weekend. They didnt get as much snow as Edmonton thats for sure. We had a good ditch Bang all the way to Evansburg, close to 3 feet of powder in some spots.
